On NBC’s “Today” show Thursday, Rick Perry tried so, so hard to dismiss his Porkey Pig moment from last night’s debate, saying he’s “human like everyone else.” He continued, “It’s not about who’s the slickest debater or whether anyone’s made a mistake or not. We’re all going to make mistakes.”

Unfortunately for him, when it comes to the general election, it is about who’s the “slickest debater.” Because President Obama is the slickest and it’s how independent voters will pick their candidate.

Republicans, raise your hand if you trust Rick Porkey to debate Obama after what happened last night.
