Democratic Congressman Barney Frank is making his farewell media rounds and it looks like he took a page out of Newt Gingrich‘s book. Appearing on NBC’s “Today,” Frank smacked around host Savannah Guthrie for not talking “substance” during the interview and asking “negative questions.”
