Monday morning video candy… the snoring dormouse!
Let’s face it, the BMS really exists.
(For the uninitiated, “BMS” is the Bummer Monday Syndrome – a condition of grumpiness that exists almost universally in offices and schools around the country.)
To fight the BMS, we like sharing bits of video candy like this one.
Meet the snoring dormouse.
According to many animal experts, the dormouse can spend between 33% and 75% of its life sleeping! The little critters hibernate to conserve energy in times when food is hard to find.
Now forward this to all your friends, especially the grumpy ones.
In CONTROL, Glenn Beck presents a passionate, fact-based case for guns that reveals why gun control isn’t really about controlling guns at all; it’s about controlling us. Find out more HERE.

Posted on January 30, 2012 at 5:00pmWell yeah….THAT’S adorable! But how on earth would someone manage to hold a sleeping (WILD?) Door Mouse on it’s back….. IN his HAND and it remain asleep? Looking at the wrapped up thumb on this (man?) I venture he had to wrestle it onto it’s back to the point that it gave up and out of sheer EXHAUSTION fell asleep! FUNNY (and more than a little bit cute to boot!). ;o)

Posted on January 30, 2012 at 3:16pmI should post video of our English Bulldog snoring. She sounds like a human! We had to move her kennel because my room is the basement and her snoring woke me up every morning. It came right through the floor.

Posted on January 30, 2012 at 3:00pmOrdinarily, I don’t like rodents, but that has to be the cutest thing I’ve ever seen! Of couse,my two Westies would have a field day with it. You should see what they do to the chipmunks stupid enough to come into our yard.

Posted on January 30, 2012 at 2:01pmClear case of sleep apnea. Needs a CPAP mask. Also looks like he needs a muzzle, if the man’s thumb is any indication.

Posted on January 30, 2012 at 1:24pmI was always told to be quiet as a mouse. This shatters that old stereotype. I suggest little rodent Breathe Right strips. Imagine hearing that racket in your wall.

Posted on January 30, 2012 at 1:02pmMy cat would love that. I can see old Spike bouncing it off the wall now. He loves to play kitty handball with those rodents unlucky enough to come into the garage for the winter.
