Despite finishing behind the three other remaining Republican presidential candidates in Saturday’s Nevada caucuses, Rick Santorum still managed to gain a good amount of attention for a non-policy issue which he has brought into the campaign before: fashion.
After doing more to forward the sweater vest cause than Jim Tressel, the former Pennsylvania senator has moved on to the bolo as the campaign has headed West. Posted on February 5, 2012 at 5:54pmAnyone with any common sense would vote for Santorum. He has no baggage like Romney or Gingrich and is pretty good in debates. Also he is a great conservative.

Posted on February 6, 2012 at 1:41amNo baggage? His comments on homosexuality are so far outside the main stream that I wouldn’t see a lot of independents or moderates coming to vote for him.
If you “believe” homosexuality is wrong, Okay.
If you think homosexuality is wrong, Okay.
But when you start comparing it to “man on dog” you are showing ignorance and abject hatred.
“Santorum stated that he believed mutually consenting adults do not have a constitutional right to privacy with respect to sexual acts. Santorum described the ability to regulate consensual homosexual acts as comparable to the states’ ability to regulate other consensual and non-consensual sexual behavior, such as adultery, polygamy, child molestation, incest, sodomy, and bestiality, whose decriminalization he believed would threaten society and the family, as they are not monogamous and heterosexual.”
That is not liberty, that’s big Christian government. He has also said that a state should have the right to ban contraception if the people vote for it.
Well guess what, our constitution defends freedom of religion and freedom FROM religion. If you are for forcing someone to conform their life around “your belief” the US constitution isn’t for you.
