Yeah, you read that right.
A new Gallup poll reveals that a majority of Americans who see ObamaCare as a good thing (54%) also believe that it’s unconstitutional. And 56% of Democrats polled believe the same.
Sooooo, it looks like Obama backers and government-run health care advocates all have found a way to say that their guy’s actions and their party’s signature legislation violate the Constitution — and hey, that’s just dandy.
As long as it fulfills their larger purpose, fuggedaboutit.

Feb. 28, 2012 at 10:25pmI’d wager that most Democrats taking this poll had no idea until it was asked, that they would be required to pay for it, or pay a fine. They probably thought it was going to be scott free. Another entitlement. It will take their minds a little longer to wrap around the fact that they are going to be required to pay for it. The fact that they said this was unconstitutional showed they don’t care for that part of it. When it settles in that it will cost them, they won’t be so upbeat about Obamacare in the next poll.
