Gingrich ignores wacked-out voter who calls Obama ‘Muslim’

While campaigning in Louisiana today Newt Gingrich ignored the part of a local man’s comment in which he said he believed President Barack Obama is a Muslim.

“[N]umber one, he’s a Muslim. Number two, he’s a student of Saul Alinsky,” the guy said, according to CBS News. “And I believe that it’s his policy to bring this country to its knees and ruin the United States of America.”

Gingrich blew off the Muslim bit and responded instead to the part about Alinsky. “I agree with you about Alinsky. I think he’s driven by a radicalism to remake America and he doesn’t frankly care what level of pain it costs the rest of us,” he said.

Good for him. Don’t feed the crazies.

What would be the difference between Newt calling Obama a Muslim and Mitt Romney a Mormon? Newt is using his valuable face-time with the electorate to talk about important and critical issues… not on peripheral and trivial bits.

Wacked out crazy??? hey E,ddie do some research. Obama was RAISED muslim. Once a Muslim always a Muslim. He needed to profess Christianity to placate BLACK BAPTIST who are the majority and he had to get THEIR VOTES. You don’t get indoctrinated a Muslim as a kid………..and overnight know and FEEL the essence of Chrisitianity as an adult. Wrights Church is Christian in name only.
