Is the Tea Party dead?

Is the Tea Party dead? The fight for the White House and Congress is heating up with November just around the corner. Many Americans are asking, “Where is the Tea Party?”

The small-government movement seems absent. Have they lost steam? Are they asleep? What’s really going on? And what is their plan?

The April 2012 issue of The Blaze magazine examines the true state of the Tea Party.

Also in this issue, we have an exclusive excerpt from a new book exposing the truth behind Fast and Furious, the program that sent thousands of guns to drug cartels in Mexico and has resulted in the deaths of hundreds of people, including federal agents. The administration is doing everything possible to hide the gory details and use the scandal to push an anti-Second Amendment agenda.

Plus: the atheist movement’s faith system of religious practices to spread secular beliefs; a new faith-friendly film that’s getting major secular kudos; the truth about the U.S. oil supply; an exclusive interview with Sen. Rand Paul; and much more.

Subscribe to The Blaze Magaizne today.

In CONTROL, Glenn Beck presents a passionate, fact-based case for guns that reveals why gun control isn’t really about controlling guns at all; it’s about controlling us. Find out more HERE.

The Tea Party is composed of different factions as some are moderates & others are the far right. I don’t belong to the tea party & don’t favor them as I use to but it’s due to the ones who are on the far right, not the moderate ones. Far right or left turns me off as both groups are so hard nose & never want to compromise on anything & nobody will ever change their minds. They are so proud of the fact that there is no compromise in their vocabulary & you see the same thing with Congress. It’s always a stalemate, has nothing to do with what is best for this country. Nobody gets everything they want, not in this life anyway.

Something Beck and The Blaze has never understood The Tea Party first and foremost is a
“state of mind” the thoughts of many Americans who voted and enabled the Republicans to regain the House in a shellacking the likes this party hasn’t seen since Newt Gingrich did it!

TEA is not financially backed by political and economic persons and entities of interests. They’re everyday folk who have jobs and a family to worry about. That’ what made them special, unlike Occupy.

The Tea Party died long ago, once the Republican Party co-opted it with the help of the MSM, and talk show hosts like Hannity, Rush and Glenn. Worse yet once The Tea Party was under attack by the establishment, Glenn twisted the knife after it was stuck in the back of the Tea Party, by abandoning his Libertarian beliefs and teachings, in order to avoid the true Tea Party candidate in Ron Paul, over one issue. Ridiculous how one issue can derail 99% of everything else “one” stands for. Glenn will have a lot of explaining to do once Barry is re-elected.

When Mitt Romney wins the GOP nomination all anyone can conclude is that the TEA PARTY is most certainly dead. America deserves what it gets…

As an ORIGINAL tea partier, let me explain…

The ORIGINAL “tea party” (that ignited after the republican/democrat attempted amnesty and TARP/Bailouts) has been largely co-opted by the leftist Establishment GOP. These FAKE-TEA GOP groups are FreedomWorks, the Tea Party Express, Tea Party Patriots and Tea Party Nation. This co-opting has been aided by FAKE-conservative GOPers (Dana Loesch, Palin, Bachmann, West, Rubio, Beck, Dick Armey, etc.). Their SOLE OBJECTIVE is PRESERVATION of the LEFTIST republican party and NEUTERING any REAL conservatism or Constitutionalism that was birthed.

But… GREAT NEWS! The ORIGINAL tea partiers have EVOLVED into liberty movements, NULLIFICATION movements and the Ron Paul campaign. Their fight continues as they get smarter and louder. Many have found a conservative home in third parties (as the leftist GOP is pretty much dead man walking).

So… basically almost anyone proclaiming themselves “tea party”… is not.

at least out here in in northern California the tea party has taken on the system by getting involved, our system has become so large and out of control everything is divided down into committees and such (state government organization) you wanna see the tea party go look there

There we go…Ron Paul is not the Tea Party. He doesn’t support the Tea Party. The Tea Party would never support him. Go occupy something, won’t you? Like maybe a history or economics lesson.

the tea party hasn’t gone anywhere. They are right here .. doing what they need to do in their local communities, getting candidates to run, taking on city halls, fighting Agenda 21 .. we are in the fight. and you are right .. getting people out to vote in november .. to make sure its a landslide to fight the lefts voter fraud.

In large part the Tea Party is dead. I wrote about the demise of the Tea Party back in the late spring of 2011. Even then it was clear what was happening, but it may do some good to repeat the two major problems that took the Tea Party down. Here’s the very short version…
    1. The Left used an effective attack campaign against Tea Partiers and the Media was right there to help.
    2. The people that were the heads of large Tea Party groups decided to do their own thing and got greedy. (This is the one most important reason as to why the Tea Party Movemnent has died… we never combined our forces into one large force) Everyone at the time gave a stupid answer to this by saying things like…. “not having a leader or one large group keeps us from being attacked”. Riiiight, we see how well that worked out.

Can the Tea Party be saved? YES! But it’s going to take some large egos to be taken out of the picture first and I don’t mean physically, I mean they have to step down from their leadership positions. All I can say is GOOD LUCK.

Just finished our taxes. My wife worked 2 jobs & I work 3 jobs. Wow, We made 101.4K. Last year made 86.6K. Last years taxes were 8.8K, this year 12.2K, WTF…The contributers cannot provide enough! We worked all the extra hours to reduce our debt & the government just takes more & more… for what! I have a daughter-in-law that will not get a job. She lives off of welfare, food stamps & govt housing, even though she has been trained in phlebotomy. She could not complete her probation, because she could not show up on time! It is easier to be a ward of the govt than to be a productive citizen!
I am the silent majority, I am the Tea Party, I am Sparticus & I will no longer be a slave to the United States Federal Government!

The Tea Party is waiting for when the media can no longer wield the race card, but the Establishment is well aware. Look for Romney to self destruct a la McCain – it’s the only last hope for the New World Order kind. Another four years in the current direction is about all they need to bury us for several generations.
