Caption that photo!: ‘Dive Bar Girl’

Below is a photo of Madalyn Starkey, a University of Colorado student who this week became known as “Dive Bar Girl” when her moment with President Barack Obama went viral.

Here’s what she said about the brief meeting she had with Obama during a visit he made to a bar called “Sink” in Colorado:

“That was a bit awkward. He went over to everyone’s table first off, and finally the paparazzi like cleared out of the way and he got to our table, and the only thing I said to him was ‘Can I get a picture,’ and he said ‘stand up,’ we took the picture, and then literally all I said was, ‘you smell good’ — and that was the end of the conversation. Because I just get so starstruck that I was just like –ahhh! — I couldn’t say anything.”

Submit your own captions in the comment section below. We’ll post the winner and some runners-up in a followup post tomorrow.
