Jittery fashion diva: ‘Don’t be late’ for Obama fundraiser

Editor-in-chief of Vogue Anna Wintour can’t seem to sit still in this video released by the Obama campaign to promote a fundraiser dinner she along with actress Sarah Jessica Parker and Michelle Obama are hosting in New York this month. A couple seats for the event are being raffled off to people who donate to the campaign.

“We’re saving the two best seats in the house for you,” Wintour, a well-known hardass, says in the video. “So please join us. But just don’t be late.”

Watch. And try not to be distracted by her bobblehead.

While she was talking, I kept picturing her in a Nazi SS uniform brandishing a whip. Scary!

I stopped subscribing to the irrelevant Vogue years ago, as well as Vanity Fair, and most recently, Allure. Why? I am fashion conscience and loved the unusual literately written articles in VF, But when they started becoming hyper partisan, I cancelled my subs.

How is it that all of these successful people support their own destruction?
