If I, sitting on my sofa in New Jersey, know about the Swiss Bank Account it wasn’t secret.
If the Swiss Bank Account was reported on his income tax form, it wasn’t a secret.
If he acknowleges the existance of the Swiss Bank Account, it wasn’t secret.
On the other hand, just because President Obama said that he ate dog in his autobiography, doesn’t mean it actually happened, or if it did happen, that it was as described – it may simply be a composite of several various types of pets he ate.
