A new ad out by the Mitt Romney campaign features the candidate’s Spanish-speaking son Craig.

Via The Daily Caller:

“The campaign will not cede one inch of ground to the Democratic machine.  We’re not competing dollar for dollar with the Obama campaign on Hispanic votes,” said a senior official for the Romney campaign.

The source added: “Nor do we view the Hispanic community – as Democrats do – as a monolith. Make no mistake, this campaign will not  take the bait on Obama’s pandering on immigration, which  — as today’s ABC News poll shows, and despite MSM hysteria — had no positive effect on noters at all.”

The whole ad goes along nicely with Craig speaking in fluid Spanish over images of his family and the campaign trail.

…But then you hear Mitt, giving it the old college try, in the harshest American accent possible: “Soy Mitt Romney y yo apruebo este mensaje.”
