In the same interview taped for CNN’s “Piers Morgan Tonight,” the Associate Justice also quelled rumors that he and the other conservative justices have had a “falling out” with Chief Justice John Roberts after he defected in support of upholding ObamaCare:
“No, I haven’t had a falling out with Justice Roberts,” Scalia said.
“Loud words exchanged, slamming of doors?” prompted Morgan.
“No, no, nothing like that,” Scalia said.
