He wouldn’t have thought it was so funny if she had grabbed the wheel , which may have resulted in an accident. I drive for a living and see first hand what horseplay while driving WILL cause. Her first thought as a mother, may have been do whatever was necessary to protect her child.
He may want to sleep with one eye open and his back against the wall.

Get rid of the “funny” guy now. He is a SICKO. You are being cut down and it will continue for the rest of your married life. Many of us have suffered through this and some of us got rid of the creeps.

  The only people that ‘suffer through this’ are the women who perpetually find the exact thing that damages them in an attempt to validate themselves. You know this to be true. Stop dating your father, uncle, brother, neighbor or whoever screwed you and your brain up.
