Police lost keys to stadium day before Romney’s Olympics gaffe
Mitt Romney caught some flack for saying reports of security problems and other personnel issues heading into the Olympic Games in London were “disconcerting.” It’s now being reported that a day before he made the comment, police had lost a set of keys to Wembley Stadium.
A Metropolitan Police spokeswoman said: “On the morning of Tuesday 24 July officers on Olympic police operations at Wembley stadium reported that internal security keys, being used by them as part of searches, were missing.”
In her statement, the spokeswoman also said “measures were taken immediately to secure all key areas of the venue” and that security had “not been compromised in any way.”
The stadium is one of six locations being used in the soccer football tournament of the Games.

Posted on July 30, 2012 at 3:06pmSo what is the real problem with the BBC, the Labor Party, and the IOC?
Do they hate Israel? Still? Really?
Or perhaps their security is in fact so bad that they most bow to every whim of the PA/PLO terrorists. Maybe it’s both. The Anglican Supremacists look down on Mormans and Jews, and their security is so bad that they have no choice but to be in bed with the terrorists. Mitt was actually very polite, when he could have called them out for being so anti-Catholic that they would rather have illegitimate Germans (Hanovers, but not by legitimate birth!) as their royal family, rather than, God forbid, Catholcis from the British Isles.

Posted on July 30, 2012 at 1:41pm”Radiation and rockets at the London Olympics you ask? Yes, more than 7,000 tons of radioactive debris pushed just to the side to build the Olympic stadium and anti-aircraft missIes anchored on the rooftops of private London residences. War games, military and private security forces patting down the throngs at a cost of £1 billion ($1.54 billion) just for “security” alone, this is the straw which has finally broken the camel’s back for my lifetime of Olympics watching.”
