The Obama administration is lying

The Obama administration would have you believe that they really have no idea who this Joe Soptic guy is. By now you probably know he’s the man who’s insinuating that Mitt Romney killed his wife. But the administration isn’t telling you the truth.

In fact, I’m actually going to say it: they’re lying. Sure, they are saying things like we don’t know the whole story and other PR speak like that that technically gives them cover. But in the rest of America where you and I live, we still hold the idea that not telling the whole truth is still a lie.

So here’s the proof. Below are two ads. Both of them show Joe Soptic. Here’s the kicker: in the first ad, Soptic is featured telling part of his story — but after he’s done, the voice of Barack Obama comes on saying that he “approves” the message.  Wait, the same guy that the administration is saying they know little about actually appeared in an Obama-approved ad? You bet your Chicago politics.

The second ad is the pro-Obama super PAC ad:

Additionally, and I find this hilarious, below are two screen shots from each video. It appears Mr. Soptic is wearing the SAME SHIRT in each video:

Obama Administration is lying about Joe Soptic ad

Obama Administration is lying about Joe Soptic ad

Now if I were a conspiracy theorist I would say that it could be both videos were cut from the same interview and that Soptic only made some minor changes to the lighting and background (and took his glasses off) to make it look different. But I’m not going to say that. Nope. I’d rather just settle on the fact that the guy has a favorite shirt.

But here’s the real kicker (with a tip of the hat to the folks over at Hot Air). The Obama administration went on CNN yesterday claiming again to not really kinda sorta know all of this Soptic gentelman’s story. But the same spokeswoman that’s spewing that claim, Stephanie Cutter, unfortunately hosted a conference call featuring Soptic earlier this year:

Are you sick of the lies yet? And if you know anyone that still has faith in this administration, send them this story. If this doesn’t do it, I’m not sure what will.

Hey, George (Soros): your gang of goons is getting a bit sloppy and careless with the Alinski playbook. The truth has its boots on before the lies even make it for a block, let alone halfway around the world…just thought I’d let ya know…

The title of the article says it all! This Joe person ??. He had insurance for years and so did his wife (sorry for their loss), but I think he feels guilty and wants to blame someone other then his wife for not seeking care or himself for not recognising any symptoms. Was it the 10,20, $ 40 copayment? Doctors are rich, it must be their fault for charging a copayment. It’s ironic, lawyers charge for a phone call (rounded to the next fifteen minute charge), patients expect one visit and unlimited phone consultations. Is Joe also slandering his wife’s doctor?

What would you expect from Bill Burton of the rather sketchy past? Just another smoke and mirrors hack job. What’s funny now is Obama’s minions distancing themselves from Soptic while trying to legitimatize the “lofty principle” of this fallacious, felonious ad. Obama lying would not be a new thing. Obama, of no real, discernible character (even lied about how much cocaine he has used), could step up and denounce this ad, but he won’t. He is counting heavily on the polls that show negative ads are more successful, even when false. Obama wants a WH do-over more than he wants to shine w/good character. He again lied to the public, when during one campaign speech, he stated he doesn’t put any validity in polls, yet his campaign has spent more money on polling than Romney’s has. He wants to target those most likely to be persuaded w/his ‘charismatic charm.’
We don’t need a BFF in the WH. We need a capable, competent leader. This has not been Obama. Romney could be that if he could kick his goofiness aside, man up with the confidence in himself that so far has been lacking and do what he does, be a success.
One thing we don’t need is an apparent or admitted coke user in the WH anymore. Bush and Obama have almost destroyed this wonderful country. The flaws resulting from their ‘youthful’ purple haze usage must have undermined their ability to build character. The negative impact of this affects us all. We need a leader and a nation builder. It could be Romney. It

Jonathon, also note that the hardhat appears in both videos. In the “Romney Killed My Wife” video, it appears on the shelf behind him. In the other video, you see him holding the helmet and shaking his head.

OK, what has to happen here is someone needs to file action against this man for slander. He is saying his wife was murdered by Romney. This is a huge statement and is false. Is there not a law that protects from this type of attack? It would also be wise to keep an eye on his bank acct for large deposits. Lets see who comes to his defense when charges are filed!
