Schwarzenegger seriously approached for WH gig in 2011: report

Arnold Schwarzenegger approached by White House for position in 2011Former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger was approached by the White House to fulfill a cabinet position in January last year, the Wall Street Journal reports.

In July 2008, on ABC’s “This Week” with George Stephanopoulos, Mr. Schwarzenegger was asked whether he’d consider an energy-related cabinet position with the Obama administration, were Barack Obama, then a candidate, to win the presidency.

Mr. Schwarzenegger said he would, replying: “I’d take his call now, and I’d take his call when he’s president, anytime.”

Granted, a spot in the White House would have left an immeasurable void in that great American classic The Expendables 2 (2012). Things worked out for the best.

Yeah, we really need a man in the cabinent who two-times his wife with their maid and has a child with her. He is really trustworthy? Ya think?
