Campaigning in Ohio today Mitt Romney sarcastically described what he anticipates from President Obama‘s speech at the Democratic convention in two weeks.
“I know the president’s going to go to that convention he’s going to have all sorts of marvelous things to say,” said Romney at a rally alongside his running mate Rep. Paul Ryan. “I mean I can almost read his speech now.”
“It’ll just be, it’ll be filled with promises and tell people how wonderful things are, of course they’ll have to contrast that with what they know they’re experiencing,” he said. ” But as he lays out all of these wonderful things he’s going to do, people are going to stop and say but how are you going to do something different than last time. They’ve experienced the last four years.”
Romney also said he went back and referenced Obama’s speech from the 2008 convention. “He says marvelous things. He just hasn’t done them,” Romney said.
Marvelous!
Back in April, Obama mocked Romney for using the word to describe Rep. Paul Ryan‘s budget plan. “It’s a word you don’t often hear generally,” Obama said.

Aug. 27, 2012 at 1:44amLast post-election time, Ocommie actually had the nerve to send an Apple Ipod, loaded with HIS SPEECHES, to the QUEEN OF ENGLAND, along with a selection of dvds with the wrong country code. (thus rendering them unplayable)
CAN YOU IMAGINE the unmitigated GALL of this feral creature, thinking that the QUEEN OF ENGLAND is going to sit down somewhere, just to listen to his peanut-brained socialist blather on an IPOD, without even being forced to indulge the dolt by international diplomatic expectations? …….LOL!
And that was BEFORE he tried to win the OLYMPIC GAMES to Chicago by sending his wide-load wife first, with her message of “oh how terribly she had to SACRIFICE HER TIME in order to make a personal appearance”, then further trotting out the image of himself walking down the Olympic-adorned boulevard to enjoy the festivities when the Olympic committee made the OBVIOUS CHOICE and chose Chicago because of HIS/ HER personalities! ……HAHAHAHAHA!!!
You can’t make this stuff up! I’ve never even HEARD of NARCISSISM this virulent or rambunctious, let alone SEEN IT unfold on the WORLD STAGE like some world-superpower nightmare for the nation (US, in this case) having to live down for the next hundred years or so!
If history is written by anyone sane, the Obama years disaster is going to keep comedians and psychologists busy for centuries to come, and even then, those of us who lived through this mess will be thought to have lost our minds…

Aug. 26, 2012 at 4:25pmYep, Obama’s DNC speech is SO WIDELY anticipated… the NFL season opening game was delayed by one day, to force us all to watch the programmer in chief. Er, I meant, “to allow us all to fawn over our beloved leader.” *choke*
What happened to an America where I could choose for myself what I wanted to watch? Allow me to weigh for myself: Do I want to watch a parade of lies in Obama’s campaign speech? OR…do I want to watch the Cowboys & Giants? I know the networks revel in making up our minds for us…just like they do with all the STUPID shows they’re all promoting right now.
If you can’t tell, this is something that really tweaks my
