Aug. 31, 2012 at 2:33pmCalling all Leftoids,….. Clint’s scoffing of BHO was deserved and will go on to be a classic piece for years to come. To the Far left, who has Beatified BHO, it is time for him to go.
Obama has let us all down.
In place of being The Reformer he was elected to be , it turns out he is just a unimaginative garden Variety socialist. Thank the MSM for a job poorly done in vetting BHO in ’08. It hurt us all.

Aug. 31, 2012 at 2:59pmWow! I’ve read through all the posts now…and I say America is alive and living, waiting until November 6th to elect what we want to see in the White House…a team of people who do indeed work for us, for the betterment of America, for the patriotic soul of America, for the future of America. What more needs to be said? Only one thing…this 63-year-old thinks that 82-year-old Clint Eastwood is STILL a FOX!!! Woot!

Aug. 31, 2012 at 3:10pmAlthough I agree re Barry. I hold American voters responsible. There was plenty of info exposed by Beck, Hannity, radio talk show hosts etc, re Barrys; LEANINGS and background to vet him. People just ignored it, The average voter is obtuse, and we get the leaders we deserve, and so carry the responsibility for electing this incompetent fool. Hopefully the error will be corrected in Nov, although the Polls are very close, and Barry has an ARMY of lawyeres ready to challenge any and all close contests/results come Nov 6th. I call him barry[his previous name] because, although I respect the office, I cannot respect a LIAR!

Aug. 31, 2012 at 3:40pmI agree. Instant classic. Anybody who didn’t get Clint’s bit are void of any poetry and need every thing spoonfed to them. There was subtle genius in it. And the “go *#%! yourself” references we meant to hint at how the Obama campaign really talks about their opponent. Vile curs, the lot of them.

Aug. 31, 2012 at 4:05pm“You’re getting as bad as Biden.” gets a reply of “Right back at you, buddy” ??? Disgusting.
Rather than giving respect to an 82-year-old hero who, gee, has a bit of a hard time speaking, we’re supposed to heap praise on a president who would rather drug old people than let them receive life-saving surgery. This country has gone downhill in its attitude toward the elderly with the “I love BIG GOVERNMENT” crowd leading the way. Just remember that as you grow older.

Aug. 31, 2012 at 5:16pmYou have made a great point – Clint Eastwoods whole life is an open book – everyone knows where he was born 100′s of co workers, friends and associate can testify to his authenticity and his best and worst are there for everyone to – Barack Obama can not do the same.

Sep. 1, 2012 at 11:30amClint ROCKED! We own this nation and the government serves and is employed by us. Obama needs to be fired and if he worked at ANY company in the USA would have been long gone. His disregard for our Constitution, making up his own rules as he sees fit, gross lack of fiscal responsibility and extremely weak foreign policy should make us all get ready for December 21st if he is re-elected because if you are not watching what is happening throughout the world we may just see the end of our beautiful country.

Aug. 31, 2012 at 2:30pmHis talk was refreshing…. It’s hard to believe that some people ‘claimed’, to not ‘get it’!
We need to stand up and take our country back and stop bickering among ourselves.
Either, we believe or we don’t!
It is sad that the liberals can only get their point (?) across by screaming and yelling, “UNFAIR”, at
the top of their lungs. I guess that makes them believe their rants are ‘true’.
Don’t be like them. just emulate Clint…. “Walk softly and carry a big stick’!
Let’s take the country back and build it up together. A place where our children and grandchildren will be safe in.
Put aside our petty differences and go to the polls and vote for Mitt Romney in November.
Or we will get, not more of the same, but WORSE of the same.

Aug. 31, 2012 at 2:27pmI loved it. It’s going to drive the Left nuts, heheh. I hope Clint doesn’t have any immediate plans to return to Hollyweird, though. They hate diversity and real tolerance there.

Aug. 31, 2012 at 3:19pmIt was refreshing indeed to listen to a MAN.like Eastwood speak TRUTH to power. So sick of listening to BABY Obama whining and complaining about the hand he was dealt by Bush. That is why in Hell he was voted in, as he promised to rectify things. Making the excuse that he didn’t realize how deep the hole was is is NOT the language of a leader, but of a spoiled child, not getting his way, and blaming events and others to deflect blame for his inaction/wrong actions. Bloody INEPT child is in office, and his thousands of lawyers will try to keep him in power, if the Polls are as close this Novemeber, and there are many close races. Just watch

Aug. 31, 2012 at 2:26pmI am tired of some people (i.e. Andrea Mitchell) bashing Clint Eastwood’s speech. He got some good
zingers in and also made some good points. The only thing better would have been the empty suit on the chair because that is what is in the White House now and if people don’t wake upn and smell the roses………..the empty suit will still be there.

Aug. 31, 2012 at 2:18pmClint Eastwood could have made one more statement when he said “No I am not going to do that to myself”Then he could have said this. But you have already done that to America

Aug. 31, 2012 at 1:57pmThe previous posts pretty much said what I feel. May God bless all Americans and America. We MUST send obama packing, take back the Senate and keep the House in November. Only then can the next POTUS really do what needs to be done. Somehow, we must find politicians who will put the country ahead of the political party.

Aug. 31, 2012 at 1:54pmCitizens appreciate hearing from “real people” who have lived and seen quite a bit in life. The media has distorted and lied for decades and held the fact from voters too long. And yes its “We the people….” you work for us!
Many people don’t understand this and Americans are gaining momentum to take our nation back, follow the constitution, keep our nation from financial ruin, honor our military, protect our nation and bring back jobs to our nation NOW! (don’t underestimate the bad people, they will stop at nothing to keep their POWER on the people!)
people are tired of the blame game, the socialists in charge, bowing to the enemy, pandering to the communists and listening to the lowest common denominator of human species. Its time for American to take our America back from the destructive minds-
this clearly is a turning point in history- work together as a team- its going to be challenging but we can do it together- keep the faith, help your neighbors and vote responsibly from now on.

Aug. 31, 2012 at 1:52pmI thought he was funny and a terrific way to really start off the big night. Loved him talking to an empty chair — thought it was rather symbolic. Also loved the fact that he ad libbed the whole thing. I’ve read that Romney’s “people” were “flinching” backstage, but I think that was because of some of the language, et al. And I agree wholeheartedly with Mr. Eastwood that we should never have a lawyer as president — grin!

Aug. 31, 2012 at 1:44pmAt this point in his life and with his career, Clint Eastwood is allowed to say what he wants, when he wants and of whomever he wants!!.. An empty chair is what is leading the country now… Time to get someone to really sit on that chair and steer the country back to where it needs to go! Go MITT!

Aug. 31, 2012 at 1:42pmClint Eastwood’s speech was Hilarious! Yes, he stuttered, he’s 82 years old for gosh sake. I loved the fact her talked from the heart & not from a pre written speech. It’s wonderful to see there are others in Hollywood who get it, they just dont voice there opinions all the time. I’m so glad they let him speak.

Aug. 31, 2012 at 1:39pmi thought he did great – he talked to an empty chair, which is exactly what we’ve had in the White House. He also admitted he made a mistake in voting for the empty chair and said it was alright for people to change their mind and vote for the betterment of the country. i thought the whole convention was worth watching. don’t think i’ll watch the dem one. i get tired of hearing liberals yell and lie!
