    Nothing bizarre about Clint Eastwood’s speech. Very refreshing, brilliant and truthful. Eastwood hit it out of the park. What a great mind he has and he’s right about the empty chair being the biggest “hoax” to America. Making fun of senior citizens is truly pathetic from the left wing extremists. They claim to care about seniors????? NO THEY DON’T. They are the voice for the death panels.

  Eddie Scarry, WHAT is your PROBLEM? You sound like a lib-t*rd, unable to ADMIT WHEN YOU’VE MADE A MISTAKE. Stop calling Clint’s performance “GOOFY.” It was sheer GENIUS, and it was and is APPRECIATED by millions of voters. The EMPTY CHAIR MOTIF will become a well-loved legend–and well-deserved by the Big -0-, our ABSENTEE-IN-CHIEF.

  Scarry, BACK DOWN and ADMIT when you’ve screwed up… We don’t visit theblaze.com to read cr*p like you’re dishing out lately.

    @Dragonseed: I visit The Blaze “To read cr*p” like this! I’m on your side–I loved Clint’s speech–and “GOOFY” draws attention! We need to support and encourage EVERY writer of the BLAZE–unless they make a “who, what, why, where or when” mistake! The BLAZE is TERRIFIC! The Writers are TERRIFIC!! Does it matter that some said they “didn’t get” Eastwoods’s speech?!

  It was goofy and widely criticized but more of us thought it was comedic and laudable. Some of these TheBlaze reporters might ought to look in the mirror. Talk about goofy…..

  Clint was awesome. A breath of fresh air!! He nailed it with his metaphor of “the empty chair”. The Presidential Chair has flat-out been empty.

  The best result from his speech was the reply Mitt gave, ” that was very funny”! That was the perfect answer, showing Romney with a confident sense of humor! 4 Stars ****
