Todd Akin still in Senate race but may be out of money

Despite the latest polls showing Senate Candidate Todd Akin (R-Mo.) essentially tied in his race again Sen. Clarie McCaskill, his campaign may be drying up.

From the Washington Post:

On Friday, several Missouri television stations said they were canceling Akin ad buys after receiving only half of the scheduled payments, a sign the campaign may already be running out of cash. Campaign officials said they were merely reallocating dollars to spend more closer to Election Day.

For those in Mizzou who don’t like Akin and say they won’t vote at all.
Here in Mass. we have Scott Brown. He’s not Reagan, but consider the alternative, a hard left liberal who will vote the (D) party line every time.
Half of a conservative is better than a full liberal.
    VOTE AKIN.

He was down 10 points a few weeks ago after his comment. Now he’s tied?
The GOP should support him all the way.
People are tired of the libs and the media making a big deal out of stupid things said by (R)’s while the (D)’s get a pass every time.
OPEN YOUR EYES GOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE NEED THIS MAN AND THIS SEAT

It’s really a shame that the guy stuck his foot in his mouth and THREW the thing to McCaskill.

Let it be a lesson to politicians and MEN in general: Just keep quiet about RAPE & ABORTION–unless you have been raped and need an abortion…

Akins denied that ads were pulled over non-payment.

This is total BS that the GOP isn’t helping this man out with donations. They pulled the cash from him because he said something they didn’t like, then he said he was sorry for it. I don’t know anyone one Republication that hasn’t made a fool of themselves at one time or another. When we need to take over the senate, the GOP acts like a bunch of hating Liberals. Shame on the GOP. Some Grand Old Party, when the chips are down your friends go and hide. I’m ashmed of my Party right now for not helping this good man, especially after he said he was sorry for saying what he thought was told to him to be true.

if they push akin out, i wont be voting for anyone but mccaskill. jim hoft, dana loesch and others had totally created this mess, beck, levin, and hannity should stay the eff out of missouri politics or keep their mouths shut before turning on a fellow republican. i wont be going back to the gateway pundit because hoft was totally unhinged with this. this man was ELECTED just days prior to these statements. it sure seems to me that the gop is trying to push akin out and using what he said to do it that way they could bypass the primaries and get one of their men in there. if akin loses they can thank themselves! this whole thing p!sses me off to NO end. what a bunch of traitors the pundits and gop’ers are!!!
