    Know any college kids?Here’s how to explain “redistribution” to them so they understand it.You have a perfect GPA of 4.0.Your roommate is struggling along with a 2,0 GPA.In OBama’s idea of redistribution,you give your roommate 1.0 of your hard earned GPA so you will both “feel equal” regardless of who earned what !!! What could be fairer,you now each have a 3.0 GPA and feel tingly all over.
