Mitt Romney‘s record with children, people so informed they’re not even legally allowed to vote, is a mixed one. It was captured in two stories yesterday.
“Mitt Romney ordered his motorcade to make an abrupt U-turn in rural Virginia today, after zipping by a group of elementary school students waving in the front yard of the school, so he could go back and meet them. …
“‘Thanks for waving at me as I came by, I decided to come by and say “hi” to you guys,’ Romney told the kids, many of whom were fourth- and fifth-graders.”
AP:
“[Mitt Romney] skipped the chance to take part in Nickelodeon’s ‘Kids Pick the President’ special that includes President Barack Obama, said Linda Ellerbee, the show’s host and executive producer. The decision ‘disses’ children, she said. …
“‘That’s several million kids who actually want to get involved in the democratic process,’ Ellerbee said. ‘They don’t deserve to be dissed. But former Gov. Romney also blew off Letterman and Big Bird, so I guess we’re in good company.’”

Oct. 9, 2012 at 10:03amMedia mood swing with children…oh, this is about producers, and newscasters, and writers who have been in bed with BO for the last 5 years. Mood of media people concerning anyone right of them has been nasty, mean, and very ill willed.
Guess since the wanted him at Nickelodeon he was suppose to “diss” some other event or group to be seen with the Messiah and Ellerbee. I personally wouldn’t want to be photographed with BO, and could care less about some producer of a TV show. Now the children are a bit different, they are important to talk with directly and to listen to in person. Set up a Town Hall meeting for kids, no liberal reporters asking questions, just kids 14 years old and younger. See what comes from that mix. Be BO wouldn’t do it, at least w/o a teleprompter and scripting of questions.

Oct. 9, 2012 at 7:51amOh, so he dissed Nickelodeon? Waaaah!! That’s because he takes questions from grown ups instead of participating in a staged event with a left-leaning agenda. But hey, Dear Leader is still tops, right? After all, he only parties with celebutards after our ambassador and our security personnel are murdered in Libya then calls the victims a mere “bump in the road”. Stay classy, Dear Leader!
BTW, you’re still naked.
