Martin Bashir calls it like he sees it and that’s that

In a segment on GOP Senate Candidate Richard Murdock‘s recent rape comments, MSNBC’s Martin Bashir today shed light on an issue often never ignored.

“Can I just say for the sake of our viewers, rape is a horrifying crime,” Bashir said. He went on to ask a guest on his show, “Is it not a horrifying crime?”

Not to spoil anything but the guest agreed that it is a horrible crime.

During a debate yesterday in Indiana, Murdock said that “even when life begins in that horrible situation of rape, that it is something that god intended to happen.”

This issue touches on “the problem of pain.” As far as we can tell from revelation and observing the world, God seems to value the free will he gave us so much that he allows our will to have real effect. The thief can steal, the rapist can, and so on. The sins of one will have consequences on many others, and God does not step in and prevent it. (normally) That’s as far as I would go in saying that “God wills” something. He does not “will” the evil. He allows the effects of the evil. Stinks. I wish I were living in paradise instead of here. I wish he would listen to me when I tell him to not let people have that much freedom to do evil.

You would think a candidate would have noticed the problems Aiken had, and be more careful with how he expressed himself.

Although rape is always beyond … horrid,
not all rapes result in pregnancy.

Perhaps or perhaps not, that is what Murdoch meant.

Martin has intimate knowledge of this subject due to his time spent with his man-crush
Michael Jackson. Their role-playing sessions included S&M acting with forced sex between
    himself and whacko-jacko.

I believe Sen Murdock meant God “allows” it to happen rather then “intended”. It makes sense if you are a Christian because you know God is in control of everything. Even this Presidential election.

Conservative men CLEARLY DO NOT believe rape is a horrible crime.
They believe the victim’s emotional, physical, and mental well-being, and that of her familyare WORTH LESS than her attacker’s semen.

    That’s what they believe.

It wouldn’t even be an issue if the rapists, a majority of which are Democraps, would just be put to death.
