CNN’s Zakaria anticipates Romney presidency to take credit for Obama’s past ‘intelligent actions’

In a column for the Washington Post, CNN’s Fareed Zakaria argues that all signs point to a “robust” economic recovery for the U.S.

And he says if Mitt Romney wins the election, he’ll take credit for the Obama administration’s success in creating that recovery:

“[T]he fact remains, compared with the rest of the industrialized world and the arc of previous post-bubble recoveries, the United States is ready for a robust revival. This is partly because of the dynamism of the U.S. economy but also because of the timely and intelligent actions of the Fed and the Obama administration.

“The next president will reap the rewards of work already done. So it would be the ultimate irony if, having strongly criticized almost every measure that contributed to these positive tends, Mitt Romney ends up presiding over what he would surely call ‘the Romney recovery.’”

How can this be? I thought Obama told us we aren’t out of danger yet and this is still going to take a while. So If Roomney gets us out of this by reversing Obama policies, Romney will have “Built” that.

Somebody must have bumped their little head.So the economy has a little up and a lot of down and healthcare and taxes are about to rear their ugly heads with what will be the equivilent of a national disaster,throw in some public outrage and a Executive Order or two and we end up with a recipie for a third world country. How is the economy in Greece rolling?. A buisness man or an Activist? I have made my decision and I am sure who will get the discredit.

Any economic recovery will be due to policies put in place by Romney and Ryan. If it was going to be because of Obama we wouldn’t be in the shape we are in at the moment. I like how they are making excuses ahead of time for what they know will happen when Romney becomes president. But I wouldn’t expect anything less from the Party with a mule for a mascot.
