This Hurricane Sandy story makes me want to cry

In the wake of Sandy’s devastation, some journalist somewhere actually a) took the time to check & make sure Snooki’s old house was indeed still intact; and b) took the time to write a story about it.

It’s a sad day for journalism, folks.

I would continue to criticize the New Jersey Star-Ledger for publishing such tripe, but the site’s commenters took the words right out of my mouth:

Look at all the money Obummer has wasted on his solar failures, giving Chrysler to Fiat, and who knows what we don’t know about. That money would have been better WASTED on the storm damage repairs, provided he found a Chinese contractor to do the work, no sense in wrecking his employment record.
