Who honestly thought this was a good idea?

This is a polling place in Philadelphia.  Seriously:

Who honestly thought this was a good idea?

Fox News reports on the funny business:

Further, one polling site in Philadelphia apparently had a mural of President Obama emblazoned on the wall directly behind the voting machines. The mural, at a local school being used as a polling site, contained the words “change!” and “hope,” along with a quote from the president.

Republicans were drawing attention to the image Tuesday morning, with one Mitt Romney spokesman tweeting: “Voters in Philly’s Ward 35 are being forced to cast their ballots next to this.”

Pennsylvania election law states “no person within a polling place may electioneer or solicit votes for any political party, political body, or candidate, nor may any unauthorized written or  printed materials be posted within the polling place.”

Philadelphia is a laughing stock when it comes to elections. They’ve proved themselves to be completely defiant of the law, tools on a unprecedented scale and just plain dumb. This ain’t the Philly I left.

I just commented that this is an injustice and should be painted over and charges should be brought against the people who are allowing this. But my comment would not come up. Is this the kind of freedoms we are losing because it is against the belief of Obama and his backers?

This picture should be painted over. We are not a Communistic nation with a dictator. If this is allowed during election time then all people should be able to wear whatever shirts they want. If they so choose they should be able to have their Bible in hand and wearing their cross whether they so choose. Charges should be brought up for this injustice.
