‘These high levels of minority and young voter participation are here to stay’

Among the pundits who predicted a landslide victory for Mitt Romney was Fox News commentator Dick Morris. He offered his mea culpa on his website this morning:

I’ve got egg on my face. I predicted a Romney landslide and, instead, we ended up with an Obama squeaker.

The key reason for my bum prediction is that I mistakenly believed that the 2008 surge in black, Latino, and young voter turnout would recede in 2012 to “normal” levels. Didn’t happen. These high levels of minority and young voter participation are here to stay. And, with them, a permanent reshaping of our nation’s politics.

And with that out of the way, Morris shares what’s next on his schedule: “We must stop Obama’s socialist agenda. That’s our job for the next four years. We cannot allow Obama to magnify his narrow victory into a mandate for larger government, bigger spending, and less freedom.”

There is a saying…”If you are 18-30 and you don’t vote liberal you have no heart, if you are thirty-five or older and you don’t vote conservative you have no brains.” Pretty much says it all. Hopefully when these little turds grow up they will wise up as well.

Glenn, my husband and i love your show i just sign up to get The Blaze network my grandchildren aqges 15 ,10 and 9 watch the show with us more so the 15 year old,we are Christians and there is one thing it hurts when you say bad words and we have to turn the channel could you be firm but yet not say the bad words everthing else is GREAT MAY GOD BLESS YOU and wishing you the best of sucess keep up the good work.

I would like to no if the rumors are true about the Supervisor of elections could throw the vote. That is what we are hearing down here in Florida. Who police’s them. To me I would think it would be real easy to do.
