Nov. 7, 2012 at 3:31pmok-my first response ‘disappeared’ mid type, if this is a dup sorry. If Mia Love has what it takes, then someone at the top of the republican party needs to bring her in and prep her for the 2016 presidential race. Her talents would be wasted in the Congress as a junior member. On top of this, I believe that the republicans need to call a “slant center” and take up a more libertarian position. If we were to embrace now democrat social issues as our own, we should be able to outmaneuver them. Ex-legalize and tax marijuana–say that gay marriage and abortion are long settled issues and make them apolitical. These and other items are perpetual albatrosses around our necks. Divorce us from the TEA party-another ‘dead bird’ on us, limit the amount of candidates in the primary so we do not self destruct this time via infighting. Just some thoughts, thanks
