Posted on November 22, 2012 at 3:05pmHe’s a quebecer (i.e. french) so ignorance is not unusual. Although, as an English Canadian living in quebec, I have to say they aren’t all bad. I just feel for them what Glenn feels for some New Yorkers. The rude or liberal ones anyway.
