After a vote today, Nancy Pelosi officially remains the leader of the pack. For the next two years, this will be the face of House Democrats:
House Democrats will go into the 113th Congress with their leadership team largely unchanged after rank-and file members voted Thursday to keep Rep. Nancy Pelosi (Calif.) and her top lieutenants at the head of the party.
The elections were largely a technicality and Pelosi and the other leaders were all chosen by “unanimously by acclamation,” according to Democratic leadership aides, indicating there was a voice vote rather than a roll-call tally.
Heading into the vote, several conservative-leaning Blue Dog Democrats – including Reps. Jim Matheson (Utah) and John Barrow (Ga.) – had indicated they would oppose the liberal Pelosi for the minority leader position. But the voice vote meant their opposition was not officially recorded.

This is what is making Republicans come across as unintelligent and uncaring and out of touch. Can’t we learn a good lesson here from the election? WWJD? Not act like some of you on here do. I see such ugly and really un-American attitudes on this site sometimes, and it is so disturbing. Why do Republicans have to be mean and hateful when something happens or someone does something they disagree with? Many profess to be Christian, while hatefully making fun of Pelosi, Obama, Clinton, anyone they disagree with politically. Can we not be a more mature group of Republicans and get some intelligence rather than stupidity, which only makes us look more out of touch, more inept, more hateful and racist and whatever else you wish to add to the list. Stop it people. You can disagree, but do so respectfully. It only shows your own ignorance when you don’t.

Rather they represent their ideology which is runs contrary to the Constitution. They are in effect the enemy. More so than some 7th century throw-back living in a cave in Afghanistan. Pelosi comes from a long line of corrupt policitians who have helped to keep Baltimore in poverty. She is plain evil incarnate.

Nov. 29, 2012 at 8:08pmIn other news today……Nancy Pelosi and Chuckie Schumer were still hallucinating from their joint LSD party on Thanksgiving day……none of the other House or Senate Democrats even noticed because they were still looking for the crack pipe that Maxine Waters reported missing from her credenza. Sheila Jackson Lee claimed she found the item….but a senior staff assistant subsequently determined that the crack stem that Lee found…was actually hers.
