WH retweets incredibly ignorant #My2K tweet

President Obama introduced yesterday the #My2K hashtag for the public’s use as a way to pressure Congress to work out a deal on tax hikes and spending cuts.

The hashtag refers to the $2,000 middle-income households are expected to save with a tax cut extension as part of the deal.

This tweet, by user Sarah Loves BJ, was picked up and republished by the official White House Twitter account. (You can see at the top of the tweet “The White House retweeted.):

This place has all the maturity of a middle school locker room. You’re really chastising this woman because her Twitter handle has “BJ” in it? What childish morons! And what disgusting comments on her family. What typical conservative hypocrisy! .insult the women who want access to free birth control, then insult the women show have large families. What would you say if I suggested that there is a possibility that this woman and her husband had good jobs that were taken away and that is why she needs help in keeping her head above water. What if she were a widow. You idiots have no idea who this person is other than she is apparently a liberal and you trash her for it. You’re as transparent as you are hateful!

Sounds like Sarah didn’t do proper family planning and should have used birth control. If you can’t afford them, don’t have them.

  What I find funny is (sad really) is that someone defends this piece of trash .. who apparently cannot afford to fed her six children. Why didn’t take advantage of Planned Parenthood? Where is Sandra Fluke?
