When Fox News contributor Monica Crowley says “D” in this tweet she sent last night, she either means “D” for Democrat or “D” for… something else.

So Boehner can’t even deliver the GOP caucus. Maybe because he’s behaved as a “D,” willing to raise taxes n’ stuff.
