  I think people are taking this lightly. The enemy will not give up theres, neither will the enemy within.
  (World wide UN) Universal Health Care = Universal Back ground checks=They say who is mentally ill it may be the 2nd amendment legally gun owner who they might like the way you smile or look so you are mental.= I think not sure but did’nt they sign, You can be arrested no trial
  also I am sorry that children died. But when he keeps using kids saying they want this and there are 57 percent who want gun controll. No body I know was in that survey Plus where are the commercials of all the children that were saved by a gun being in the house or are taught the right way to use them.. We can be here all day on that debate. 1 more thing if the grid goes out and they are trying to get in your house cause you have stocked up and got generators and they don’t that is why you need that much ammunition. Don’t tread on our constitution. Also Panthers, Muslims and U.S citizens are allowed (Oh Yes even Christians) David had The Lord and the sling shot.
  I do not understand why people think Christians have to be sitting ducks. That’s foolishness. Trust in God, Trust in Bible, and have your 2nd amendment rights and use them wisely. and the constitution.

  More gun deaths in Chicago, where guns are banned (Can’t help but point out Chicago is Obie’s turf.), than armed American troops killed in Afghanistan. What can we infer? That being in a WAR ZONE with the means to protect and defend is safer than being disarmed in Chicago.

  It is called predictive programming. YES, someone in our gummit IS causing the mass shootings to alter our constitution and disarm the nation.   I don’t think the president dishonest, I believe he is sincere about the actions he has taken. I think he is sincerely wrong and self deluding if he thinks what he has purposed will help prevent another shooting. Guns are not the problem. The condition of American society is the culprit. Growing up in the south we had guns all around us most of the time. we never even thought about shooting any one. From the statistics I have heard many more U.S. citizens are beat to death every year than are shot. What next banning high capacity 2x4s and claw hammers.

  Why not propose a Constitutional Amendment that absolutely clarifies the 2nd Amendment as confirming a fundamental individual right in all Citizens of the USA to possess, own, and lawfully use, acquire, sell, and transfer firearms, whether, handgun, rifle, or shotgun, up to and including semi-automatic action, lever action, pump action, or bolt action firearms and revolvers up to to and including 50 caliber BMG, with either a fixed or detachable magazine of with a capacity of fifteen (15) rounds or less binding on both the States and the Feds. Said right to be amenable to loss or suspension only 1) for life upon the conviction of a violent felony, or 2) suspended upon the conviction of a violent misdemeanor for period not to exceed five (5) years from the date of conviction, (criminal stalking or violation of protective court order defined as a violent crime) or 3) suspended for the duration of the condition plus one (1) year, upon a judicial determination that the individual is then suffering from a mental defect (including the use of illegal drugs) constituting an immediate threat. Said mental defect to be determined under the standard that existed on January 1, 2011 according to the law of the State of that person’s residence.

  It should also remove knowing infringers from office with a permanent ban and loss of all pay and benefits.

  It’s amazing that Rubio can villify Obama on amnesty, but yet still his plan packages up amnesty in a different wrapper that is remarkably similar to Obama’s plan for amnesty when you tear open the package:
