Quinoa is one of those strange things that’s not a grain but is treated like one. It’s considered to be high in protein and good for you. Michele Obama probably loves it. It costs a lot more than rice.

I don’t mind it once in a while myself, but it is a bit spendy.

Quinoa (pronounced keen-wah) is a type of whole grain. Michele Obama probably loves it. It costs a lot more than white rice, but is probably better for you than white rice.

This is what comes up if you search for images of quinoa on Google.
