Video: Pro-Israel group runs anti-Hagel ad

Highlighting some of the most embarrassing portions from last week’s Senate confirmation hearing, the Emergency Committee for Israel has released a new ad protesting the nomination of Chuck Hagel to lead the Department of Defense.

“Is it too much to ask that Secretary of Defense nominee Chuck Hagel knows the Obama administration’s policy on Iran?” the ad asks.

    ====================

    A lobbying group for Israel protesting the nomination of Chuck Hagel? (say it ain’t so….)

    Doesn’t that just prove that Chuck Hagel was right?:

      So you’re saying that appointing a SOD who doesn’t know what our position on Iran is somehow ISN’T a dumb move? Let’s not forget that Hagel TWICE endorsed Obama, even when his “friend” McCain was Obama’s opponent. And by the way, Hagel himself couldn’t name even one dumb thing the “Jewish lobby” had intimidated Congress into doing and he was the one who said it.
