Actor and Obama Super Fan Chris Rock has another lesson to teach us. So far, we’ve learned that guns are bad and that the first African-American president is actually white. (Who knew?!)
Well boys and girls, in today’s lesson we learn that President Obama isn’t actually a public servant who answers to the people, but rather he’s our boss and we apparently answer to him.
During a Capitol Hill press conference on gun control today, Rock voiced his support for President Obama’s plan and encouraged everyone else to fall in line.
“The President of the United States is, you know, our boss, but he’s also you know… The President and the First Lady are like the mom and the dad of the country, and when your dad says something you listen. If you don’t, it kind of bites you in the ass later on,” he said.

Rock joined other Hollywood celebs in Washington today for the pro-gun control event, including singer Tony Bennett, actress Amanda Peet, and actor Adam Scott. (Say it ain’t so, Ben Wyatt.)
In any event, I don’t think Rock’s rhetoric will have its desired impact. Let me first note that I love my parents dearly. Like most parents, they’ve tried to get my siblings and me to listen and do as we’re told for our entire lives and they’ve only managed marginal success. What makes Rock think I’d really be more inclined to listen to anything Obama has to say?

How do you feel about Chris Rock saying Obama is the “father” of our country, the “boss” of our country and you’d better listen to “dad”? Stalin was called “father,” too. Chris Rock would’ve fit right in. The slavish worshippers of Obama are fascists. Period. The only reason Chris Rock isn’t working in a car wash is because one of the biggest scoundrels in Hollywood discovered this man and made him who he is, simply because he is such a slavish worshipper of the “boss,” Obama. It just shows you how sad this country has become, that such a lowlife uneducated martinet should be given any media coverage whatsoever.

It is true: we control hollywood, your schools/universities, and now the government (except that house-don’t worry, we got in 2014). You may disagree with us, but your children are ours and there is nothing you can do about it. You could home school them and refuse to let them attend universities, but then you have disadvantage them and created a whole class of lowly-education conservatives for the future to be dominated. Its about time you accept the changing paradigm of this country.

I find it ironic that you consider yourself a true American. America is not a geographical region, nor number of people, not even a federation of states. America is an idea; “The American Experiment”. The policies you promote are antithetical to this idea. You are not refining the American ideal, you are not even corrupting it. Your policies are destroying it.
So America will be destroyed here and there across the geographic place where the ideal once ruled. But in the places where the idea stays strong, there will be oases for those who can decipher reality from mirage.

Black men bailing out on their responsibilties is a major part of the problems decimating Black American success in this country. However the rest of us do not need, nor do we wish to, look at Barry as a father figure. He is a HORRIBLE example for anything that America stands – should I say stood ? – for.
