Gun control news tops Super Bowl news

News on the gun control debate was followed last week by more Americans than any other subject, according to a Pew Research survey. From Jan. 31-Feb. 3 the gun debate was followed “very closely” by 42 percent of respondents. Nearly the same number (43%) followed President Obama‘s gun regulation proposals from Jan. 17-Jan. 20.

From Pew:

Equal percentages of Republicans and Democrats say they followed news about the gun control debate very closely (49% each); fewer independents followed the story (32% very closely). Interest in the gun debate outpaced interest in economic news (33% very closely) as well as interest in news about immigration policy (23% very closely), a hostage situation in Alabama (20% very closely), and the Super Bowl (18%).

Buckle up conservatives, we’re coming for your guns!!!!! Its funny how conservatives talk about gun rights as a way for them to stand up against this “communist, fascist, godless, liberal, progressive, left wing, anti-semitic” federal government. You might as well give up your guns cuz ain’t no way your defeating the awesome power of the US Armed Forces and YOUR commander-in-chiefs drone army. Oh, and for those of you who think that the military will join you guys, just look at the civil war. Hundreds of thousands of union soldiers who didn’t care for blacks were shred to pieces fighting for what was then a liberal cause (liberation of blacks and the dominance of the federal gov over state gov). You want a war, bring it. Good luck shooting down the drones and blowing up tanks with your AR-15′s and shotguns.

I’m not sure how to reply, but felt I should dabble. I don’t know who you are or whom you are to state pluralism, but your thought’s if they are true from your heart are scary. You would be the face of evil that this great country is staring at, and how you came to be is unknown, only that you are not good and belong somewhere else, not just this website but another country or possibly in hell. You’re wrong about Americans, why, because you are not an American, at least U.S.A. American. Others and myself will not live in a dictatorship or a socialist country, out fore fathers left you P.O.S.s’ behind and now you think it’s time to take us over again and tell us how to live, well, “Whatever” you are we would rather be dead than live under extreme law. Our fore fathers blood still flows in the majority of Americans, they just don’t know it yet, and when we’re gone, “wiped out, per say” you can have it, all of it, but WE don’t believe that will happen, and things like you can move to where you came from, Carl Marx’s imagination. One day they’ll come to your door because someone saw you spit on the ground, and we will laugh.

This “trueamerican” is quoting William Ayres in ‘Prairie Fire’ an admittedly and openly Communist manifesto of the Weather Underground (formerly Students for a Democratic Society (SDS).
William Ayres, and apparently this “Thetrueamerican” , call for re-education camps to kill up to twenty five million unrepentant capitalist. As with Mad George, Major Pitcairn and Benedict Arnold Thetrueamerican is full of himself. His knowledge of American History is weak.

Forcing someone who is productive to support another who is not, is slavery. And it was the first Republican President, that ended slavery, not a liberal. You liberals are still pro-slavery.
