Last night as I watched Sen. Marco Rubio deliver the GOP’s rebuttal to President Obama’s State of the Union, I didn’t really think much of it. Could it have been prevented with some better planning? Probably. Should it have been prevented with better planning? Sure. Does it change anything in the content or context of what Rubio had to say? Absolutely not.

Still, this logic isn’t enough to stop the internet from latching onto a juicy new meme — and Rubio even playing along with it.  It was a good speech, minus the chronic dry-mouth.  Anyone who reads the transcript could agree, but the televised version is slightly creepster, even more so when you play it back in extreme slow motion.
