Louisianans really prefer Hillary over Jindal, poll says

Democratic polling firm Public Policy Polling has a survey out today that says more Louisiana voters would prefer Hillary Clinton over their own Gov. Bobby Jindal (R) for president in 2016.

From the survey:

If the candidates for President in 2016 were Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican Bobby Jindal, who would you vote for?

Hillary Clinton………………………………………….. 48%

Bobby Jindal …………………………………………… 45%

Not sure…………………………………………………. 7%

Of course, Clinton has been in a relatively apolitical position for the last four years, doing things of very consequence, as far as Americans concern (most people don’t care about foreign policy). Meanwhile, Jindal has been running a state for the last five years.

They probably polled reaally tan folks in n.o. No one in my town ( people who work and pay the taxes that support said lazyasses) in la. agree with this.

Also, many of us don’t want Bobby to run for POTUS because we want him to stay here.

This poll was 603 voters….hardly a true picture if Louisiana.

I honestly don’t know why this would surprise anyone. Louisiana is and has always been a huge Democratic and entitlement state. That should have become crystal clear after Katrina when the “Why is the Government not here with handful’s of cash, housing and clean-up crews…oh wait that did happen…my bad.

  Wrong Redfish52. Louisiana is a red state. I never saw this poll. Who exactly did they poll? I’d be willing to bet most were from New Orleans. NO and Baton Rouge are heavily Dem but the majority of the state is Republican or Ind.
