Deep thoughts on cable news from Matt Drudge…
Both Fox News and CNN have seen major shakeups with their production crew and on-air talent over the course of the last month. Matt Drudge of the Drudge Report has some nearly intelligible thoughts about it…
Thoughts on 6th Ave: Tabloid is IN. Zucker moves CNN to pop, growing battle with MSNBC for ‘New America’. But never ever count FOX Ailes out

Zucker likes @piersmorgan. SAFE. Net moving more political left, with tabloid infusion. Trash? ‘It’s not dad’s CNN, anymore’. Ratings bump?

Posted on February 17, 2013 at 4:28pmThe progressives had a plan and have worked the plan. They have been working the plan for over 100 years. Normal (conservative) people were not paying the kind of attention that we should have been. And so while we were busy having families and working for a living the progressives quietly invaded the media, education, unions, and the government.
1. By taking over education they can indoctrinate our young.
2. By taking over the media they can continue the indoctrination and guide the public’s mind.
3. By taking over the unions they have access to a large block of minds that did not make it to the indoctrination centers. Using intimidation and the herd mentality they can get the desired results.
4. By taking over the government they can make sure that, education, unions, and media, remain in their control by steering money and privilege to these groups thus solidifying their hold.
Sure this makes us mad. But being mad just makes us targets of those in control who can twist words and images to their own desires. What we need is a plan. Glenn has the plan. Conservatives need to be more active in the media and education and work our 100 year plan. Progressivism can be seductive because it doesn’t require hard choices, or hard work. Just feelings. Look at Barack Obama who never accelled at anything except community organizing and now he is President of the US.

Posted on February 17, 2013 at 2:31pmThe audience for CNN and MSNBC is created in mandatory attendance government schools.
Teach virtues in your local school, that will fix colleges and universities which will fix the news.
There will always be corruption in politics. Local education that includes teaching virtues will improve even politicians.
Virtues, how champions spread the wealth, by valuing ownership, hard work and integrity.

Posted on February 17, 2013 at 12:52pmFNC ask questions nobody else will in the media. They are not perfect but they are also not clambering 24-7 about how wonderful it feels to grind ones loins on Obama’s shin.

Posted on February 16, 2013 at 1:24pmBoth CNN and MSNBC don’t even pretend to be “News” networks anymore…while at the same time…they’ve been calling top rated FNC everything but a news network.
For what they’ve criticized FNC for allegedly doing…they’re imitating that vision they themselves created for their own network programming. But, they’ve had that liberal slant all along haven’t they. It’s only now that they freely admit it because their is no drawback or repercussion for doing it.
Just like Obama knows he can lie and no one will call him out as a liar so too can his media.

Posted on February 15, 2013 at 11:15pmI turned off and unsubscribed from Cable TV several years ago, way before the Obama administration. I don’t have any television subscriptions at all. I subscribe to the Blaze, watch everything there is on the Blaze TV, read the Drudge Report, Brietbart, assorted online newspapers without the subscription and some blogs, sometimes. Am I missing television? Nope. I have no idea what is going on in the television entertainment world. My grandmother lived without it and she was a smart cookie. I enjoy telling people that ask me about dancing with the stars and other useless entertainment, that I don’t have television. The reaction is odd. They’re kind of like, “what makes you so special that you don’t have tv?” I don’t quite understand the dynamics of why they would act like that. Wouldn’t you think that they would rather say something like, ” Oh, I feel sorry for you. You’re missing television.” Hmmm. Maybe that’s why their reaction is odd. It’s because I don’t miss television and it bothers them.

Posted on February 15, 2013 at 5:50pmAll of the major news and media networks is moving to the political left.
They are going to be even less and less of truth seeking from theses networks.
Non of them are worth our time or viewership and I wont be watch any of them. I hope Fox will go ahead and remove their wolves clothing and let go Hannity and then I hope The Blaze picks up Megan Kelly and John Stossil for some journalism.

Posted on February 15, 2013 at 5:22pmFlash: Big News coasting on inertia. Brain dead management doesn’t know heart has stopped. New 21stC cable news coming format leverages headlines, interactive, TIVO/DVR, and web – gives viewer more depth, more follow-up alerts; advertisers get more exposure, several chances to sell. Viewers can browse, select topics/issues to follow. Aggregate services like Drudge will cross blend the messages, contrast one-sided partisan storytelling, may force MSM return to center.
