CNN contributor sort of calls Justice Roberts a white supremacist

Following a Supreme Court hearing on the continuation of the Voting Rights Act yesterday, CNN’s Jeffrey Toobin writes of Chief Justice John Roberts:

A justice’s questions at oral argument do not always indicate how he is going to vote, but Roberts’ record on these racial issues is already well-established.

What does this mean for the country? It depends on whether you believe, like Roberts, that the work of the civil rights movement is done. …

[A]ffirmative action, in Roberts’ view, has become discrimination against whites.

The country may be about to discover how America looks in the way that the chief justice wants to reshape it.

The Voting Rights Act, enacted in 1965, was established to… keep local governments from disenfranchising black voters. It prevents nine whole states and several other areas from changing their voting laws without first getting approval from the Justice Department.

In CONTROL, Glenn Beck presents a passionate, fact-based case for guns that reveals why gun control isn’t really about controlling guns at all; it’s about controlling us. Find out more HERE.

Nowhere in the Blaze podcast with Mytheos HOlt was the 1965 Voting Rights Act given a proper treatment as to how it is being MANIPULATED today in allowing illegal aliens and dead people on voting rolls the ability to vote and create fraud and fraudulent elections like 2012. When various states wanted to “clean up” their voting rolls all you heard was “Jim Crow” and “Discrimination” like these states were trying to bar Black people from voting, like they were trying to enact a poll tax or something. Massive Hysteria on the part of Civil Rights Leaders and Black Americans. It was dam ridiculous! So many states were not able because of Eric Holder to get dead people off the rolls. Believe you me these dead people vote. So many illegal aliens voted in Election 2012 it wasn’t funny. They were bussing in Somalians into OHio polling places who didn’t speak English and getting them to vote. There were 70,000 cases of Voter FRaud in Election 2012. Florida was another state as was California where ballots were not counted. Left in warehouses. As far as I am concerned Barack Obama and the Democrats cheated in OHio, Pennsylvania, Colorado, California, and Florida. The electronic voting machines in OHIO voted Obama no matter what button was pushed. Barack Obama is NOT the LEGALLY elected President of the United STates. That post is vacant.

Well lets look… blacks/minorities get special treatment by Universities and corporations, over whites. Less qualified blacks are admitted to universities on a regular basis, over whites. Whites entering college today were born in 1995 – 30 YEARS AFTER CIVIL RIGHTS… EXACTLY WHY SHOULD THEY BE PUNISHED FOR “WRONGS” COMMITTED DECADES BEFORE THEIR BIRTH, STRICTLY BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF THEIR SKIN?

So, we have a group of people being given special treatment, solely due to the color of their skin, and another group being discriminated against, strictly due to the color of their skin…

CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN HOW THAT IS NOT RACIST?

It is racism, and will only continue to get worse if it is not strongly fought off.

I am deeply saddened that racism is not dying, but just shifting which race(s) are the worst perpetrators of it. Why can’t we all be Americans first, and honor the other parts of ourselves that make us different second?
      *sigh*
I don’t care about race. I care deeply about freedom, and I will stand shoulder to shoulder with any who would be my brothers or sisters in liberty.

Good for justice Roberts although he confirmed that Obamacare was a tax he did not help to strike it down. I don’t know if I like this guy or what. Jury is still out on that one. But his admission that Affirmative Action is being used to discriminate against whites is stellar. WEll done on that.
