  You can always tell when someone is trying to BS ya…they use analogies that are totally bogus. The Jedi never had “MIND MELDS” that was an exclusive VULCAN practice first used by SPOCK in Star Trek. This would be like claiming that Julius Cesar was involved in Picket’s Charge at Gettysburg. Clearly for Obama this must be “rocket surgery” … As Yoda said…A dufus he is…

  Hussein is successfully using Cass Sunstein’s methods described in the paper on Conspiracy Theories. He’s manipulating the way you think.

  The President, with his pretend gaffe, is purposely mocking people’s criticisms of his SOTU pledge to spark another of his “sputnik moments” expressing the desire to research Brain Mapping.

  He said in the press brief he can’t just Jedi Mind Meld to have people see things his way…but…he also said: “If I could, I would”. So, ignore the mockery and listen to what he says. He’s telling us exactly what he wants.

  I’m not sure who they’re trying to appeal to with this nonsense. They appear to be targetting star wars and star trek fans since the whole thing is a blending of catch phrases from both franchises. But if that’s their intention then they failed miserably. And if they intended for anyone else to take this seriously then they failed even worse.

  And there was never a “Jedi Mind-meld” technique that I remember in the Star Wars movies I watched… I do remember Mr. Spock’s Mind-meld grip in Star Trek TV and Movies.

  And to say that his advisors call him the smartest guy in the room makes a mockery of the IQ system that they’ve relied on to get him into the Office.
