  Well, Hugo might have left the Venezuelan in complete and utter ruin, but at least he managed to make life a little better for the most impoverished in the nation (and we don’t know poverty like they do.)

  Congress has only left us in ruins make life worse for all of us.

  Advantage: Chavez.

    Rasmussen and similar companies should evaluate what is the percentile of low informed people and how severe is their ignorance about the world and overall America’s life and reality. It’s shocking for an immigrant to find here, the collective idiocy has been build in the US for popular consumption. This must be the result of a well planned manipulation from the school, entertainment-news industry, to the grave… You are producing very dangerous individuals by design because the severe stupidity and lack of common sense you promote.

  I feel like Jack Benny when the burgler presses him with a gun demanding “Your money or your life”.

  Jack scilent for a while when the gun man pressed him again “Well, your money or your life.”

  Jack shouts back, “Alright already, I’m thinking about it! I’m thinking about it!

  Let’s see, humm. Hugo is dead and can’t hurt us anymore. humm. Congress is still in session and can still do a heluva lot more damage.

  Let’s see a dead Hugo …or an active congress. AAAAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGHHHHHH! Run for your lives everybody!!!!!!!

  No argument on this one. Hugo was the enemy of South America. The United States Congress is the enemy of the entire World. (U.S congress is the winner by a landslide.)

  It’s easy – the US Congress. Despite his communist ways, Hugo Chavez had no effect on American Law. BTW, that scombegh couldn’t take the TWO BILLION DOLLARS he stole from his people with him.

  At least Chavez didn’t pretend to be a friend of the US. He was a pretentious dictatorial thug who won’t be missed.

  Then then again much of the US congress members are birds of the same Chavez feathers. They just lie about it.
