Muhammad Rahim, who is said to have been a translator for Osama bin Laden, passes time down in Guantanamo Bay prison by reading the Washington Post. But he wants to know: Does President Obama also read the paper?

“Does Obama read ‘In the Loop?’” Rahim asked in a letter to Al Kamen, who runs “In the Loop,” a Washington Post politics blog.

Kamen responded…

“A most interesting question, Mr. Rahim, but we’re thinking probably not. On the other hand, some of his staff likely read it, judging from the occasionally abusive phone calls, but it’s unlikely the President does.”
