Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus presented the findings of a new RNC report on Monday that highlight several areas the GOP can improve. Among them, message delivery…
From my front page story on Priebus’s remarks about the report:
On media outreach, Priebus said pop culture news outlets, which President Barack Obama is widely regarded to have mastered, should be engaged by Republicans. “We have to stop divorcing ourselves from American culture,” he said. “And maybe that means I get to sit down with the ladies of The View.”
After Republicans lost big in the last election, there was and continues to be a debate about whether the party should distance itself from hardline conservative commentators. Asked if pundits like Ann Coulter and Rush Limbaugh will hurt the RNC’s new outreach strategy, Priebus said he’s “not in the business of throwing anyone under the bus.”
We’ve requested comment from ABC on whether there are any plans to invite Priebus on The View.

Mar. 18, 2013 at 1:28pmR. Priebus is a fool. What will going on a liberal TV show do? other than show all the liberal women sitting at home how much the GOP still has not a clue on how to run a presidential campaign. We can’t just keep saying wake up America, be must and better DO SOMETHING. Going on that show is STUPID. Obama owns it, and all the women now that the good looking little conservative has been booted off.
