Last week, Attorney General Eric Holder was on Capitol Hill to testify on the administration’s scandals involving the Associated Press. At that time, Holder told lawmakers that the “potential prosecution of the press for the disclosure of material” was not something he’s “ever been involved in, heard of, or would think would be wise policy.”
Yet just one week later, we now know that Holder personally signed off on the search warrant that labeling Fox News reporter James Rosen as a “co-conspirator,” resulting in the seizure of his private emails and phone records.
Doesn’t this imply that Holder lied under oath?
Karl Rove seems to think so, and he explained as much to Fox News’ Greta Van Susteren last night.

What do you think? Did Holder lie under oath?
And let’s not forget where the president stands in all of this:
During a Rose Garden joint news conference with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, a reporter asked Obama, “Do you still have full confidence in your attorney general?”
“I have complete confidence in Eric Holder as attorney general,” Obama said. “He’s an outstanding attorney general and he does his job with integrity. I expect he will continue to do so.”
