An analysis by ABC News of the words most used by New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie during his press conference Thursday showed that “know” and “people” were the top two, with more than 100 times each.

By contrast, the word “apologize,” another frequently used word, was used 24 times.

Christie held the conference to address the controversy over a bridge his office closed, allegedly to exact revenge on a local mayor who didn’t endorse Christie during his reelection campaign.
