Michelle Obama tells you how to get a body like her

First lady Michelle Obama on “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” Thursday:

“I get up in the morning, usually either right before the kids go to school or right after, and I do about an hour and a half workout. I try to do 45 minutes of cardio and then whatever I’m doing that day. … I always have breakfast and it’s usually protein or fruit or oatmeal. I try to stay away from breads because that doesn’t give you the kind of energy you need. I always have lunch, so I have three meals a day and I try to get a snack in. Lunch is something good and healthy, like one of my favorite soups is a turkey Italian wedding soup.”
