Extra terrestrial enthusiasts have been buzzing this month over a few supposed sightings of unidentified foreign objects appearing near the International Space Station. But can you spot them too?

One UFO sighting came earlier this month when someone named Scott Waring, a self-professed UFOlogist based in Taiwan, claimed to have spotted a “glowing disk” while watching a live feed of the ISS on August 4.

“I took a screenshot of the UFO and enlarged it. It has a long line down its middle and a dome on its top, but is rectangle on its lower bottom,” Waring wrote on UFO Sightings Daily.

Here’s Waring’s video of the sighting:

Now, we could not see the “glowing disk in the distance” that Waring claims to have spotted and taken screenshots of. Others in the comments reported having trouble as well. Carol Christian for the Houston Chronicle also wrote that Waring must have a “good eye,” because just by looking at his screenshots “it’s hard to see much besides a blurry blob.”

When Waring’s video goes blue, he wrote that this happened on NASA’s feed when they “noticed the UFO.” The camera came back online, he wrote, after the UFO apparently disappeared.

Christian for the Chronicle’s blog also pointed to more recent possible sightings near the ISS made by another self-professed UFOlogist going by the username Streetcap1.

Here’s a supposed sighting from August 9 (it’s another that we couldn’t see):

This one from August 12, however, we could spot the objects that Streetcap1 says he captured:

These supposed sightings aren’t the first time possible UFOs appeared around the ISS.

Were you able to spot them? Let us know in the comments.
