A Special Message for Israel From Glenn Beck
I want to tell you what it’s like to live in most of Israel right now.
A missile is fired by Hamas in Gaza…
A siren goes off.
You get 15 seconds to find shelter.
I want Americans to think about what that means.
If you lived in a place where missiles were fired at you…
Hundreds a day…
And you would get just 15 seconds to hide…
How would you live?
Stop what you’re doing. Run to a basement. A shelter.
And if you can’t make it inside…
Lie flat on the ground with your arms over your head.
That’s life in Israel right now.
None of us would be willing to accept this.
None of us would have to.
Every country has a right to defend itself against terror.
But they keep telling Israel… “don’t overreact!” “don’t fire back!” “be careful!” “don’t ramp things up!”
Let me get this straight…
If Mexico fired a missile into El Paso, you know what we would do?
If Japan fired a missile into Beijing, you know what China would do?
So why does Israel have to hold back?
Why does every country get to defend itself…
But not Israel?
Why could that be?
I think we know why.
A Jewish man was walking down the street in midtown Manhattan over the weekend.
He passed by a group of people protesting on the street.
They were holding up signs, criticizing Israel.
He was wearing a yarmulke.
So they called him a “dirty Jew.”
We’ve seen this move before.
We’ve seen the terror before.
We’ve seen the sirens…and the bombs… and the threats.
We’ve even seen the insults.
“Dirty Jew.”
Nothing original there.
So I think we know what’s really going on here.
It has nothing to do with embargoes… or borders… or anything else that CAN be solved.
It’s because Israel exists. And it’s a Jewish state.
Let’s be honest with ourselves.
There are some people who can’t get past that.
The world’s oldest hatred.
Anti-Semitism.
It’s alive in our time. And it’s not hiding.
It’s right there in Gaza.
Gaza is the new Nuremberg.
The epicenter of Jew-hatred.
The birthplace of a million young haters.
And they all want the same thing.
Kill the Jews.
That’s all they know.
All they ever will know.
In every generation that came before us,
They would beat up the Jews.
Harass the Jews.
Chase the Jews.
Kill the Jews.
Always the Jews.
And usually, they got away with it.
But not this time.
No more.
This time, we will stand with Israel.

Something for those kids in the bomb shelters.
The kids who can’t keep their sheets dry at night, they’re so scared.
The kids who are just like my own kids.
They just want to play with their friends.
See them at school.

We are with you.
We will always be with you.
You have many, many friends here in America.
And this is a message for Israel’s leaders.
We will not forget you, nor forsake you.

Now in respect to the term “Palestine” This is the ancient Roman Senates term for the land area-it occupied at one time. It is Israel.
In ancient Roman texts- Not the Torah, or the Bible, the Romans recognized the leaders of this geographical as “Jews,Hebrews, Israelites. Also Islam did not exist at this time.
Factual history is exciting and exposes Palestinian arguments for a homeland and autonomy as false.

Posted on November 19, 2012 at 9:29pmWhere to start with u all? ok … 1st Hamas is not “the Palestinians”. Hamas is an Iranian proxy army that practices terror as the main method of warfare. Their stated goal is the destruction of Israel. They have no compunction whatsoever about kidnapping and/or killing any and all non-Muslims. They also seem to have no problem killing Gaza residents (ie Palestinians). Israel has bent over backwards to avoid what is happening right now. They’ve been pushed into a corner. The blitzkrieg they’re receiving has been getting stronger and stronger. Israel has designed, built and fielded the most advanced short to medium range anti-missile system on earth. They did it even before the US kicked in a couple of hundred mil to help them deploy more systems faster – which allowed the current crisis to be put off until now. Sooner or later, if a bully keeps punching you it’s going to hurt; and, no-mater how non-violent you wish to be, no matter how good you are at putting your arms up, you will wind up having to defend yourself by fighting back.
The only way Israel can stay, even remotely, safe is to fully eject Hamas from Gaza.
I don’t see that happening yet; so, soon the status quo will resume and nothing permanent will have been solved.
Instead of telling Israel to back off, we should be telling them not to stop … that they should keep going until Hamas has been kicked out.

The situation in Palestine is far more complicated than Palestinians launching rockets at Israel because they “hate the Jews.” It is also more complicated than a military dispute between two nations.
People must do their own research and come to their own conclusions about the conflict in palestine. If people in America truly understood the status quo in Israel, a proper and just resolution would be our agenda, not the calls for military ground battles in gaza to which will kill scores of Palestinians.

Someone is about to make a huge mistake and as sure as ‘Bobs your Uncle’ the real show will begin. The idea of circling Israel with offensive long range scuds is going to be the last straw. An ultimatum will be delivered and Israel will answer with all out attack, against all who threaten her. Its going to be swift, horrible but will finally silence a lot of the nonsense that has been going on for far too long. Pray for Israel and her people. Pray her enemies wake up before the you know what hits the fan.

However, if you only get your news from Fox and Glenn, you wouldn’t know that. The only thing this site reports about Gaza is that one of the children there may have been killed by a Hamas rocket. They neglect to tell you that the death toll in Gaza is much higher than in Israel and that dozens of those dead in Gaza are children. Apparently Blazers and Glenn don’t care about those children.

Hamas has shot nearly one thousand missles into Israel. And all you can say is that more Palestinian children were killed than Israeli? Where is the outrage against the men who started the bombing? They didn’t have to send death into Israel. Where is your sense of right and wrong. It is wrong to attack. It is not wrong to defend and bring to justice those who are killers. If Hamas didn’t bomb, no one in Palestine would be harmed. That’s where the trouble started and that’s where it will end.

As former Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir said, “We can forgive the Arabs for killing our children bu we can never forgive them for forcing us to kill theirs.” Israel has sought peace from its inception. Children in Gaza are dying because a generation of Arabs has been raised on nothing but hatred for the Jews and a religiously sanctioned mission to die making that happen. Children are dying in Gaza because their leaders before and since Yasser Arafat have sacrificed their own by refusing every peace initiative every offered by Israel for the greater cause of annihilating the Jews. Jews are not the ones who don suicide belts and venerate death as a statement of their “humanity.” Israelis and Jews everywhere revere life, every life, which is why Israeli hospitals treat Jews and Arabs alike. Show the world an Arab country with that policy. Show the world an Arab country willing to co-exist with a free Israel bounded by defensible borders in a sea of enemies bent on its destruction. Golda Meir had it right.

Yesterday, an entire Palistinian family, children included, was killed when an Israeli bomb hit a house. Of course, you won’t see a report of that on the Blaze.
Yes, it is a tragedy that people are dying on both sides and it is a tragedy that they can’t find peace. I don’t doubt that Hamas operatives hide behind civilians. However, that doesn’t justify Israel’s killing of civilians to possibly get one operative. You all seem to ignore the fact that innocents are dying on both sides.
Also, for those who said Israeli’s are the peaceful side, look up Baruch Goldstein, an American-born Israeli terrorist.
What is clear, is that you all and Glenn Beck don’t care that innocent Palestinian women and children are being killed by the dozen each day. Glenn made specific reference to Israeli children wanting to be safe. I guess he doesn’t care that Palestinian children want to be safe too. What a man of God!

Actually, the Blaze has posted number of Palestinians killed as being about 96. You brought up how an entire family was killed but lets add some perspective. After all, that was one bomb. In this current conflict, Israel has attacked over 1000 targets in Gaza. Let that sink in and think about what that means. That means that the vast majority of the Israeli attacks have caused 0 deaths. None whatsoever. And that’s with precision weapons that strike their targets far more often than they miss.
Every Hamas rocket has either hit in a residential area, missed, or been shot down. Only Israel’s preparedness has prevented more deaths. I would estimate Israel’s casualties to be five times as high if they didn’t have the Iron Dome. Take away all the bomb shelters and the sirens and you get even more dead Israelis. Israel has fewer casualties because they do a better job protecting their citizens.

Get rid of Hamas along with the rest of the radical Islamists and we get peace in the Middle East. That would be a problem for western media though.
